Frequently Asked Questions During Translation Orders

What Happens if Errors or Inaccuracies are Found in the Translation?

We will first send you the draft translation so that you can check for errors or inaccuracies. Once you approve the draft, we will send you the final translated document with NAATI stamp and signature.

Is Proofreading or Editing Included in the Service or Cost Extra?

Proofreading and editing the draft translated document is free. However, once you approve the translation, any proofreading or editing requests will incur an extra cost.

What Payment Methods are Accepted, and is Payment Required Upfront?

We accept various payment methods like bank transfers and credit/debit cards. Yes! You will have to approve the quotation and complete the payment first. We will proceed with the translation once you complete your payment.

Do I Need to Provide Editable Versions of Documents with Images or Graphics?

We advise our clients to send us a clear scanned copy of the original document. However, we accept all formats, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as the full Adobe Suite, including Adobe InDesign.

Is There a Price Estimate or Per-word Pricing Available for the Translation Service?

We offer an estimate for standard document translation, such as birth, death, marriage, divorce, driving, bank statements, medical reports, police reports, and others. The certified translation cost for standard documents starts from AUD 69 only. However, we offer per-word pricing for larger texts, starting from 22 cents per word for standard and 26 cents for technical documents. Can Translations be Submitted Online, or Do I Need to Visit a Service Center in Person?

We are a 100% online translation service company. You can send us a scanned photocopy of the document by filling out the form or emailing us. There is no need to physically visit our office.

Are Discounts or Promotional Offers Available for First-time Customers or Bulk Orders?

Can Changes Be Made to the Translation After Completion? If So, What are the Costs Involved?

Yes, you can make changes after completion. The cost varies depending on your requirements. It is best to send us your changes so that we can give you a cost estimate.

Are Urgent Translations Possible, and What are the Additional Fees for Expedited Services?

Yes! We offer urgent translations based on your priority. Standard document translations can be completed in as little as 12 hours. When filling out the form, select the delivery option (Urgent, Express, or Regular) that meets your requirements. We have an option of 3 delivery time-frames, which can be seen in the order form.

Can Handwritten or Non-Latin Alphabet Documents be Translated? If So, What Additional Information Is Required?

Yes. We translate all documents and cater to 150+ languages and dialects. We advise the clients to ensure that the scanned copy and handwriting are readable. Also, ensure that the physical document is not damaged and the words are readable. You must also provide us with the English spelling of names to ensure accuracy and precision. However, translating handwritten documents usually incurs extra costs, as we use modern technology like Handwritten Text Recognition (HTR) systems to extract the words into printed format.
